Sorry I've been away so much lately, really busy times, but I'll be getting to my message box soon, promise
I've had this compostion floating around in my head for months now and after finally getting to see the end of the series and the movie, I just really had the need to get it out on paper (or computer as the case may be
) Someone really needs to hit me very hard if I ever even consider drawing Al in non-chibi form ever again though and yes, the text inside the circle is correct thanks to ~DarkxDelusions .Oh, and appologies about the watermark on the full view. I've tried to hold off on doing that, but as someone recently pointed me to one of my pieces that was being sold on EBay, it's just a step I had to take.
Media: As usual, lineart done with Colerase brown on vellum, scanned papyrus paper integrated into the background, painting done in Photoshop and Painter

This is beautiful. Oh, how I adore the Elric boys. I'm a late fan, stumbled onto FMA's greatness just months ago and spent a LOT of money catching up on the show. 
You did an absolute wonderful job of catching these two. The gentle giant and the fiesty bean. 
I wondered why I hadn't seen any artwork from you in so long. You were one of those who were mysteriously removed from my watch a few months ago. I'll have to fix that.

Oh thank the lord! I'm glad though. But if that were to happen to me, i'd sue. Of course, my art sux and the only money the auctioneer would get would be half a penny. XD

Beautifully done! I love the conceptual contrast in the piece, ranging ffrom Al's innocence and wonder to Ed's deeper thought and seriousness. It also plays on the series's contrast of Al's innocence that I've seen with his form.

and someone was selling your art on eBay? that's horrible, the nerve of some people! it's bad enough when your art is stolen, but to be stolen and then sold is unimaginable! i hope it was straightened out, and i hope you aren't discouraged from displaying your art in the future.

Oh, no, not discouraged at all, I'll probably just be making more use of watermarking. Actually, I kindof take it as a compliment in a way that they liked it enough to try to rip off

yeah, it is true, having your art stolen does mean that the person liked it enough to rip it off, and in this case, thought so highly of it that they wanted to make a profit off of it! but having your art stolen is never fun. i hope the watermarks fix the problem!

Wow. This came out really nicely. I like the soft yellow lighting. :3 This makes me wish I'd seen more FMA! And, randomly -- the little butterfly on Al's finger is my favorite part.

This is beautiful! I simply love the curve of the hair on the big one, it really compliments the curves of the red cape. The arm of the human character is done with a precise attention to extreme detail. I suppose I would expect no less! Fabulous work!
