Trying to catch up, personification of Soy Sauce to go with wasabi and ginger (and I guess the chile, too, though I got a little sidetracked from the spice idea).Media: Illustrator, texture created with scanned papyrus. As this uses photo texturing for background elements by definition, it does not qualify as 'vector' work.
Sorry again for the larger watermark, but as some of you know, I've been having trouble with people taking and using for auction and other such things without permission, so just a necessary evil.

Oh, I really like that especially....Hm.You should see the one in wonderland: it's deliberately surreal, like shamelessly so. I haven't been that weirded since I saw part of 'The Wall'.

The watermark almost looks like part of the composition here, sorta resembles the traditional signatures on Japanese paintings. (which is good for looking-at, but maybe not so for security-stuff....)

I have a vague idea on how to do edamame (Pinguino helped with that one) and I may try Sake and Boba. I thought about rice, but I'll have to really think about that one. Nori I can definately see a few things working.

I love her "drippy" looking hair! Ooow and her colors came out great hon! That shade of orange with the deep purples is a purdy! She'd be another fun one to make into a costume! Just getting that hair to look right would be the pain.
