*Note: Before I get a flood of comments about the category, yes, this is %99.999 percent Vector, you are correct. However, by the submission definitions listed, even that %0.001 of texture on the background means it does not go under Vector art. I do appreciate your vigilance all the same

Oh my goodness, can you believe it's been over a year since I submitted one of these? Granted, one heck of a busy year, but still....

In any case, I'm trying to get caught up on everything and figured it was time. I've been looking at a lot of turn-of-the-century Halloween cards and getting really inspired (one I found at Borders was particularly inspirational for the dress). I love the whole 'Man in the Moon' motif that pops up all the time and the rich, yet subdued colors, and so I couldn't help playing with the concept a little
