You see one of the Elfs already training on the treadmill as she turns around towards you "Oh hello Commander, you are here for a workout too?". "Yes i am, beeing in space deteriorates your muscles so i need to train alot." You reply to her while you set yourself up right behind her. As you raise your head you see ... her well trained muscles move infront of you. She smiles while saying "We can do some ... special workout if you want. I am pretty good at growing muscles big you know.". This will be a long shift once again.
