Looks good but I almost wish that you didn't go for that semi realistic look on her face. A more cartoony style actually works best with this character. I think that the shape of the front of the face might be slightly off. I found this picture on the net [link]
The flesh between the nose and lip almost seems convex when it should be concave. This seems to be because the highlight that you used on the front of her face suggests mass that doesn't exist. It also looks like you werent really going for a pure 1/2 view, but rather something between a 1/2 and 3/4, like this [link] which you pulled off pretty well.

Thank you for the critique. I get what you mean with the semi realistic look on her face, actually I feel the same. But I don't want to turn this into a pure anime face, nor a realistic one. I am still in search for own mixture of both. It's just that this is still in the future hehe. Can't decide how I want to draw what.

So your looking for a means between anime and realistic? if so then pay real close attention to how you render the nose because in anime if I were to take the nose and render it as a 3D model, the result wouldn't really look like a human nose. Take a look at what I mean [link]
I personally think that Anime with elements of realism isn't the same as simplified realism.
A realistic picture like [link] is for lack of a better word lineless. rather then explicitly defining a line we suggest it through patches of gradation to suggest mass. We simplify this to be more cartoon like by essentially reducing gradation and making the lines explicit. Kind of like what you see in american style comics [link] In short you are moving from soft to hard lines. A common trait of styles like these is that they never deviate to far from real anatomy so exaggeration isn't really seen to often.
Anime is already stylized and in many instances of it you will see hard stylized lines that suggest form like in [link] It could be said that in trying to achieve a realistic anime style you are working backwards from using explicit lines to suggest form, back to gradation such as in [link] Therefore the aim is to represent mass through lighting and shadow, which you already have a good understanding of. Unlike simplified realism artists tend to take more anatomical liberties such as elongated bodies,legs or arms and so on. Proportioning is pretty close to the real human body but the rule isn't as constrained as it is with other styles so their is a lot of room for artistic liberty.
I think that as far as anatomy and proportioning go, you are doing great with the body, but you still need to work on the way you do faces in this style. If I were youI would maybe work on a few quick studies and find something that works. After that I would try to do maybe a quickie with dramatic lighting to experiment with contrast. The following tutorial is an excellent example of dramatic lighting, though the style of the piece is slightly different from what you are going for you might learn something about contrast. Still a lot to improve on. The contrast is just to weak. Somehow I mud everything up in the end =/ dont really know why, but all turns out gray.

could hit your highlights harder and make your darks darker. Especially in the fur and clothing areas, as you seem to do a great job on the skin. you can stand to put some highlights in the shoulders and tail, top in of the hair (love the subtle reflective lighting at the bottom of her hair).
you already have a great sense of lighting. just think about how it hits and how the light will wrap around/reflect off of it
