Welp, someone seems to have explained it- Though I'll add that the lady- Edna- Mentions all these different incidents where capes easily snagged to things- like jet engines and ready-to-fire rockets- and fatally injured/killed the superheroes. x'D

The reference is that in the movie, there was this lady that designed the Incredibles' superhero outfits. The designs lacked capes, so when asked to add some capes, she said "NO CAPES!"

yeah drawing him was fun to do, it feels weird though, cause his character is way less detailed than mine and feels like i should be adding something to compensate(ex: hair,eye's) now that i'm looking back at how i drew him, he looks a lot like goku xD

The main way I draw draco he's got a pretty cool outfit, but yeah I love the way you drew him he does look really dragonball'y xD

well i drew that version because it looked urban and fit the comic, a suit of armor would look weird next to a 14 year old girl wearing a tie.....xD
well i liked drawing him, the one next to him is a mute 14 year old girl called "surround sound" she would have said something but she is again mute :3

she's called that cause she can mimic sounds made by loud objects by touching her tongue with her microphone,those loud sounds manifest into what they sound like....ex: rapid firing=machine guns firing, absurd beat boxing= raggedy van, loud horn= train etc
