This character is actually Tia Harribel as I know it... But I might be wrong may want to be sure since sometimes it does change in international translations.
It not only demands the courage but the body also... sort of like a Flux costume... (I mean the original version not the movie)

Mmhmm.. As I recall she did this outfit the year before. She does have the extra piece to the breast armour, during the day she had it off cause it was so hot but at night she had it on. She wore it on to the Rave.

Naaa... To be serious: I can completely understand how frustrating it can get considering the materials her costume is made up of. Also I can not talk through experience but would I be wrong to presume that for ladies with any pair of breasts larger than medium have difficulties in extreme heat.
I looked it up.. apparently it's changed in the dubbing so calling her both Tia Harribel or Tia Hallibel should be fine.
Thanks for the heads up on her and her costume. I seriously take my hat off at literally seeing a genuine Tia Harribel. Ever see her again congratulations to her from probably everyone here.

The specific armour you have the link to is that of the anime. Frankly I like this one better because it's the original design by Kubo Tite. In the manga, this is what the bone pieces actually are. I hate that the anime somewhat "censored" it. Rediculous! As if Bleach was meant for kids anyway! Pffffft!!
Yes, the tattoo is still not visible. But perhaps that is because of her massive boobage and the fact that she's turned the wrong way?

I have been thinking the very same for so many "movements" against a sub-culture interest that literally a minority can be said to be a serious fan of (And correctly comprehend its contents).
Though the censor in mention is of another time/date; these movements are not usually able to be supported with a spectrum of data... Since instead they are simply biased propaganda.
The thin line between a propaganda and awareness is very misinterpreted thus lately granting unproductive debates.
I do not enjoy sexism in real life (To which ever Gender. I do not classify with those thinking it can only be male applicable) but I personally do not find the roots of sexism to be planted in animations, comics and/or video games.
This is my personal point of view of course. But there is still nothing I can personally claim to be genuine data for me to think any otherwise.
