I'm not totally happy with this model, althought that the modder did a great job. Here's the reason :- This face is beautiful, but i can't see that "evil look " as much as the normal model
- Her hairs doesn't fits enought good with that face or head, can't say what. Maybe the head is big or something
- Her hands : not the "witch " hand we know, the skin is too soft. And Where's the blue paint on her nails ?
- big neck ?
The best point for me goes for blender :
- one material for the hairs + one material for all her jewerly + one material for the eyelashes = fast to prepare the model for a render
Other good point for me :
- she has a poseable tongue
(for naughty stuffs, i'm glad about that ^^)

I always use this model as "young Alex" when she was around 17-20 years old.
I prefer the original, it gives me the "villain" feeling of Alex.
And it's more beautiful and realistic.

The real Alex face is awesome, i always have heart in my eyes when i load her in xna, but for this one i don't have anything ^^
She's only good to make a render, but if she's not beautiful, that's useless

Her face just doesn't look realistic anymore. She looks like a woman who tried to do a plastic surgery trying to look like Taylor Swift. They even changed the shape of her face. She looked much cuter with round face (don't get why they had to give her this square face). Also what's with the hair?

The modder seem to say she looks better like this, well, that's cool for him ^^
I didnt know what to think so i needed to test it and the result is not what i expected in every points i
mentionned.
But the other point is when i see that model, i wonder how Alex would like in a numbered re game, as the graphics are different
than rev. I don't think at all she would look like this, but maybe capcom could ruin her face too somehow.

Yeah I saw what they said. For them it seems that Alex and Claire look ugly in Rev2 so they made their own "beautiful" versions.
I actually think Rev2 Claire is the best Claire because she looks like the most realistic from all Claires (from all RE games) and realistic/natural faces are a lot more attractive for me than plastic doll/surgery (whatever) looking ones. That's also why I like Julia Voth Jill the most. Her face is the most natural looking one.
I like faces that are naturally attractive/beautiful and not made like a perfect doll face on purpose to make it look beautiful. (That's one of the reasons I hate Darkside Chronicles so much, every character there looks like a doll.

I agree with you. I like Claires face in Rev2 the most too, because she looks natural.

Normally I wouldn't complain about someone's mod (there are some out there), but the person who made this mod clearly said they think Alex and Claire look ugly and they were trying to "fix" them (their faces) with this mod. It was in their description, until they changed it.
Because of what they said, they have no respect from me.

Tbh I never understood why so many fans were complaining about Claires face. I don't see Tobey maguire, I just see a realistic Claire and for me she aged well. I don't like her face in the movies very much, because it is a little bit anime-style again and too soft.
(I'm not against animes, but it doesn't fit to RE)

You mean Degeneration Claire? That's the Claire I dislike the most (from all RE).
I do like Claire from the Alice movies. Claire and Jill are the only good casting choices of RE characters in these movies.

Mr X made the effects for the first SH movie too. So I'm grateful the RE movies exists(Mr. X grew with the RE movies)

I think Romero's problem was that he didn't really know these characters. If he would knew how Chris, Jill, Wesker and others would turn out to be in later games he wouldn't come up with this.

But i don't blame you for this Alex model. About Claire i'll need to see again, but for me the new face seemed softer, which i personnaly prefered even
if it's not natural. It was better to pose in facial expression also for me.
Funny thing is that now i dont mind about Jill's face in rev (i dont say i like), but of course i wont use her because there's so many haters of this Jill xD
But i'm not a reference in taste, it depends on how i feel when i see a new model.
I think i rarely used DSC models, except for the alexia form1 because i have no choice, but omg i dream so much to have this version of Alexia from cvx

I just hate seeing the same character with a different face. I don't blame the old games, because there the graphics were different,
but new games have no excuse. The biggest face changes were with Jill and Ada, and they were done for no reason.
