One day in the Smashverse, Dr. Eggman decided and Bowser decided to team up, resulting in the Mario Bros teaming up with Sonic & Tails.

Since it is tradition for Bowser to kidnap Peach, Eggman felt obligated to kidnap someone and picked Amy the Hedgehog. Unfortunately for the good doctor, Princess Peach only went along with Bowser's kidnappings because he followed their agreed on Villains' Etiquette where he kidnaps people who aren't bothered by it. Eggman kidnapping Amy didn't follow this rule.

Peach regularly breaks out of whatever prisons Bowser puts her in, trying to make sure he isn't looking to avoid hurting his feelings, and so his minions don't look bad for failing to stop her. Outraged by Eggman's rudely kidnapping Amy, the princess threw these manners to the wind and chewed him out for violating Villains' Etiquette.

Before the doctor could defend himself, he found he had been put in a headlock as the princess jumped several stories into the air and then came back down with him flipped over while holding onto his thighs, so when she touched down, his body weight was focused on his neck, perched on her shoulder.

"KINNIKU BUSTER!"

Bowser didn't realize Amy was kidnapped against her will and agreed Eggman was being rude, but also felt Peach was being rude by beating the doctor unconscious.
