Two beloved hyperactive characters who have some screws loose. So what happens if you fuse them together? The result would presumably be so hyper he can never stand still because he wants to bounce around like a pinball while talking a million miles a minute.

Oh yeah, and there is the bouncing part. Tigger is able to bounce around like a pinball and hit with enough force to move a boulder that weighs several tons despite weighing 3 pounds at most. So imagine what that bouncing could do in someone as large as Deadpool, with the Fusion amping his power.
