Recreated using pimpmygun and based on this pic.Chris Redfield's M4A1 contains an ACOG sight, M203 Grenade launcher, bayonet, and tactical flashlight (forgot to place it ugg)
Note that in real life, one cannot place a bayonet near the M203 as that would block the grenade launcher.
