on the arid planet of "dellefk" this old water making facility was once a thriving business. But when the threat of X became known galaxy wide, the inhabitants of the planet fled for there lives

with no one around to get business from the owner of the facility abandoned it calling it "an unfortunate inconvenience"

to this LX solider who has been wandering the planet for 2 days with no food or water, after his ship was shot down from orbit, this facility is simply "Salvation"
