hm i read your explanation below but let me tell you what i thought about this at first!
so there's this boy and he has a gf. his gf dies. and he dreams (actually nightmares) about her. in those nightmares, she touches him in a way he hates.. and she keeps irritating him until he gives in to the what's not real, and possibbly never returns to reality.
i think what i thought abt this and what this really is (according to your explanation below) are very alike and that's really cool

the boy was just a regular highschool boy until he witnessed hi ex girlfriends (who he was still in love with) death. the first day after it happened he was thought and felt very selfishly about her passing, thinking to himself things like 'it's not fair' and 'what about me,why couldn't it have been me'
now he's followed around by her, and she's obsessive and controlling and uncomfortably sex oriented,(the boy who was previously sex obsessed is confused and repulsed by sex) and no one else can see her.
the whole idea of this is centred around sex repulsion and sex being unecessary in a relationship
