o.O I wonder what this part will be about....oh so PS doesn't do the rainbow thing...that could explain some things.....like why i couldn't do it. what program do u use then?

PS 7 and CS can but elements cannot.=< im sad. and elements is not working properly on my computer.the pic looks dispositioned and placed wrong on the program.
