Anyway following many theories, he never walks because he is almost blind (being an albino, or better he has total albinism), and anyway he has a very bad sight

His sight must be good because he builds his towers so precisely and even with his sleeves unrolled and still doesn't knock anything, and he watches the screens without glasses too.
Near cannot be an albino because they can never have blue or grey eyes.

Albino can have blue and grey eyes. On DA i've watched an albino woman and she has explained what are stereotype about albinism.

That was funny. I always wondered why you never see Near walk (even L walked)...I figured he had a deficiancy or a muscle issue of some sort but incorrectly healed broken legs work!
