Good question, Matt. I bet that L was first like: "Oh I have to meet the police folks now..." And when they saw him, and he did the BANG thing they looked very surprised. So L tough it was his eyebrows D: And that's when he started to shave them... Mello looks so great in this xD I bet these 3 "kids" are thinking something like this:
