hello!!, Looks great, maybe this is a newbie question and I know I may not get an answer but, here's a long shot:
how do you manage to put a large size photo into a website and still make it "bandwidth friendly"?

ela kiri nice one, machang
but it needs to be polished a bit. You could have worked on it a bit more and brought out a really cool design. Looks good though

the outline is a lil choppy, but I understand how tough a shape like hers must be. The composition is top notch though

Looks like this could still use a little more work in the arranging category. The colors are nice (though perhaps the white might be better as a cream or a color that doesn't have quite so much contrast) and the concept is good (the model really helps show the product).
You should keep in mind what the user is going to be doing after they get their first impression of the page--looking for the links. I'd suggest making those links larger and removing the semi-transparent underline under them. Furthermore the spacing between some items feels "off"--the logo seems too close to the navigation, and there seems to be too much space under the quote, so just try and even everything out.
The quote shown in the middle of the page is just the start of the paragraph below it--maybe you should try linking the quote and text together and getting rid of the repetition.
Overall, this is good, I'm just a nitpicker, I suppose...

thx for ur comments and guide me through right way,
any way client wanted that area in white
and the client wanted the links as it is and as u sed they wanted to remove the line
they wanted to highlight the batik designs in every page, and they wanted to show more pics rather having too much text cos they mainly focus on images not on the text
any way ur comments really helped me to correct my mistakes hope ull do few more comments on my future designs
