Description

Here we have the rock band, the underground. They are a mobile band of singers and performers formed together by Mina Mongoose. The Underground travels around the world of Earth/Mobius to continuously encourage Freedom Fighter groups to continue fighting Dr. Eggman and his empire.

Mina Mongoose

The lead singer and head honcho of the group. Her mother was in the royal army before she unexpectedly disappeared. Mina was cared for by her older brother. Mina wanted to help people and the resistance, but she was really much of a fighter. However, she loved to sing and make music. She later met Sonia and Manic, and eventually the other members of her band. She decided to start the band to encourage people to continue the battle against Eggman. Initially, Mina was depicted as shy and lacking in confidence. She was often somewhat depressed, due to her mother's disappearance. However, deep down, Mina is rather brave, having repeatedly put herself in danger for the sake of others, though she doesn't always handle pressure well.

Manic the Hedgehog

The second vocalist of The Underground. Growing up, Manic was a very rebellious young hedgehog, often graffitiing Eggman propaganda posters, painting Eggman for the lunatic that he was, and also making graffiti art promoting the resistance. His older sister Sonia tended to be roped in to his antics, much to her annoyance. However, they ran into Mina, and after finding out the two have quite a bit of musical talent, she allowed them to be part of her band, even making Manic the second lead singer. Manic is thought of as the "laid back" person, and often uses slang. He has a sort of "valley boy" accent. He shows some objection to his bandmates criticizing his hard upbringing. But he isn't blind to the feelings of others, and will come to some of his friends if needed.

Sonia the Hedgehog
Manic's older sister and keyboardist of the group. Growing up, she followed her brother around to make sure he didn't do anything stupid, and always needed to bail him out of a mess, much to her annoyance. Since their mother was always looking for food, she was often put in charge. When she wasn't looking after him, she began playing on a keyboard their mother found while looking for supplies. She eventually found out she was really good at it, hence why she became the keyboard player for The Underground. Although she appears to be selfish, she is generally good-natured and helps those that are in need. And despite Manic usually annoying her, she still loves and cares about them.

Ash Mongoose

Mina's older brother and manager of the band. Ash always protected his sister, though he tended to be a little TOO protective, much to her irritation. Ash was one of the biggest pillars to Mina when she was trying to get her music career off the ground, hence why she made him the Underground's manager. Though lacking in any special abilities, Ash is brave and selfless, risking his life and going to great lengths to save Mina from harm. He's extremely supportive of Mina and her music.

Aleena the Hedgehog

Manic and Sonia's mother and Co-manager for the band. Aleena had it pretty rough, trying to raise her kids after her husband died. She often had to scrounge for food, as they lived in the slums. When she found a keyboard, she brought it back with her so Sonia could have a toy. She was quite surprised by her children's musical talent. When Mina recruited the Sonia and Manic, she let Aleena stay with them and made her Co-manager. Aleena is very supportive of her children. Though she is scared of losing them like her husband, she isn't controlling and lets them do things on their own.

Description

Here we have the rock band, the underground. They are a mobile band of singers and performers formed together by Mina Mongoose. The Underground travels around the world of Earth/Mobius to continuously encourage Freedom Fighter groups to continue fighting Dr. Eggman and his empire.

Mina Mongoose

The lead singer and head honcho of the group. Her mother was in the royal army before she unexpectedly disappeared. Mina was cared for by her older brother. Mina wanted to help people and the resistance, but she was really much of a fighter. However, she loved to sing and make music. She later met Sonia and Manic, and eventually the other members of her band. She decided to start the band to encourage people to continue the battle against Eggman. Initially, Mina was depicted as shy and lacking in confidence. She was often somewhat depressed, due to her mother's disappearance. However, deep down, Mina is rather brave, having repeatedly put herself in danger for the sake of others, though she doesn't always handle pressure well.

Manic the Hedgehog

The second vocalist of The Underground. Growing up, Manic was a very rebellious young hedgehog, often graffitiing Eggman propaganda posters, painting Eggman for the lunatic that he was, and also making graffiti art promoting the resistance. His older sister Sonia tended to be roped in to his antics, much to her annoyance. However, they ran into Mina, and after finding out the two have quite a bit of musical talent, she allowed them to be part of her band, even making Manic the second lead singer. Manic is thought of as the "laid back" person, and often uses slang. He has a sort of "valley boy" accent. He shows some objection to his bandmates criticizing his hard upbringing. But he isn't blind to the feelings of others, and will come to some of his friends if needed.

Sonia the Hedgehog
Manic's older sister and keyboardist of the group. Growing up, she followed her brother around to make sure he didn't do anything stupid, and always needed to bail him out of a mess, much to her annoyance. Since their mother was always looking for food, she was often put in charge. When she wasn't looking after him, she began playing on a keyboard their mother found while looking for supplies. She eventually found out she was really good at it, hence why she became the keyboard player for The Underground. Although she appears to be selfish, she is generally good-natured and helps those that are in need. And despite Manic usually annoying her, she still loves and cares about them.

Ash Mongoose

Mina's older brother and manager of the band. Ash always protected his sister, though he tended to be a little TOO protective, much to her irritation. Ash was one of the biggest pillars to Mina when she was trying to get her music career off the ground, hence why she made him the Underground's manager. Though lacking in any special abilities, Ash is brave and selfless, risking his life and going to great lengths to save Mina from harm. He's extremely supportive of Mina and her music.

Aleena the Hedgehog

Manic and Sonia's mother and Co-manager for the band. Aleena had it pretty rough, trying to raise her kids after her husband died. She often had to scrounge for food, as they lived in the slums. When she found a keyboard, she brought it back with her so Sonia could have a toy. She was quite surprised by her children's musical talent. When Mina recruited the Sonia and Manic, she let Aleena stay with them and made her Co-manager. Aleena is very supportive of her children. Though she is scared of losing them like her husband, she isn't controlling and lets them do things on their own.
