Description
Ken Katyagi was a young DJ in the 2000's. His main gimmick was his impressive neon light show and the custom helmet he made completely by himself. However, during one fateful concert, one of the lights fell off and landed on him, electrocuting him to death. DJ Neon's club was soon shut down, however, it soon reopened as a jazz club. However, one night, DJ Neon's demented ghost appears and began hypnotizing everyone with his otherworldly light show.
