Timothy Billington was the driver of a silver E2 class steam locomotive back in the 1950s. He was one of the most reliable drivers and the most friendly. He made friends with many of the other drivers. However, one thing that made Timothy's life difficult was the manager at the time, Andrew Jeffreys. He found any excuse to yell at Timothy or the other drivers. He'd yell at them for being late, even if they lagged for only a few seconds. He even got angry at them for being late due to circumstances out of their control. He was even underpaying all of the employees of the railway and was an absolute cheapskate, holding out on things like repairs and maintenance. Eventually, Timothy snapped. One night, he was taking a train of passengers home, one of them was Jeffreys. Timothy was proceeding as usual, when he went down a different track, an incomplete one that went over a cliff. Timothy began to speed up and eventually ran off the cliff, killing both himself and the passengers. Many years. the famous viaduct was built. And every year, on the date of the accident, he runs again. Plunging into the gap, shrieking like a lost soul. This year, Timothy's demonic ghost has returned from the grave to haunt Sodor and it's engineers, including his descendant, Thomas.
