Description
Seemingly normal business man and the culprit behind The Bear Spirit. As his name implies, he is the son of Agent Buck Trout, the crazy animal control man who tried to imprison the bear population. He blamed the bears for his dad getting arrested. So he came up with the idea of driving the bears away by using The Bear Spirit to do just that. To have them "Go back to the woods where they belong." He even changed his last name so nobody would suspect him.
Clues:
-Real bears have four fingers, this one had five
-Arthur bought a stuffed bear to make his costume
-The Bear Spirit was said to protect bears no matter what, so it was odd that it was attacking them
-A birth certificate with the name "Trout"
