Description

Newcomer to Sodor and the culprit behind The Ghost of Alfred. As his last name suggests, Issac is actually Alfred's descendant. He made sure he came to the railway to pose as his ancestor's ghost and run Sodor into the ground as he blames them for Alfred's downfall. He made sure to be transferred to Sodor when he was being reassigned. He brought B-12 Engine under a tarp and painted it to look like Alfred's engine and hid in an abandoned mine tunnel.

Clues:

-The engine wasn't rusted and damaged like Alfred's, so it couldn't have been his

-The ghost somehow didn't know how to navigate the island

-The ghost seemed more interested in simply frightening then actual revenge
