(The monster for another Casagrandes case I came up with)
Alfred Witman was a subway worker in the 1920's. He was a very reliable employee. However, he met a tragic end when the brakes on a runway train failed, and it ended up running him over. It's said that the gruesome ghost of Alfred haunts the subway. And it appears to be true as he begins frightening passengers on the subway.
Abilites:Causes subway equipment to malfunction.
