My reimagining of Professor Phantasmo from The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo.

Ferris was once the Ringleader of Phontisimo Circus in the 1900s, which brought forth some of the most wondrous and strangest acts the world has ever seen. Things took a tragic turn when the train transporting the circus was derailed and everyone died. Ferris came back as a spirit and would haunt circuses around the world. During the last circus he haunted, Phontisimo made a circus into a true haunting attraction. Vincent Van Ghoul would appear, finally having tracked down the specter, and defeated the circus apparitions before finally trapping Phontisimo in the Chest of Demons. Everyone at the circus would try and move on from this terrible event, except for one boy. Little Charlie Sullivan, who would be known in his adult life as Chuckles the Clown.
