A Gundalian disguised as a human, he was sent by Emperor Barodius in order to find the strongest brawlers and the DNA code. He was sent to find the strongest brawlers to help defeat Neathia. Ren comes from the underground world of Gundalia, where he was kept by Emperor Barodous's family because he possess a dark Bakugan with a very powerful ability.

BAKUGAN:
All the Bakugan Ren is known to use have an extendable feature - Phosphos and Avior are not opened up entirely until you push a button or pull something. Linehalt could also follow this example.
