From the TV Show Darkwing Duck, the evil version of our hero Nega-duck has captured Binkie Muddlefoot. He believes that Herb Muddlefoot is really Darkwing. He is using Binkie as bait for some sinister trap which begins "when he throws the switch."He needs glasses to begin with. And I think that he has been hit in the head too often to believe Herb is Darkwing Duck.

When he captured the Just Us Ducks. He had three or four switches to torture the heros

Either that or he has the mental prereq for an eating disorder, if every time he looks in the mirror he thinks he's really that fat. And I would think that Negaduck would dismiss any secret identity of Darkwing not listed under the name Mallard, as that's likely Negs' given name as well.

Can't really feel sorry for such a nasty character. Even Bushroot has a touch of pathos and sympathy for love of a woman and he lsot her when became a plant
