Well actually its like a frozen shaved ice kinda thing they put a little paper spoon it their mouth and scoop it up to go for a kiss and it was all Keiichi's imagination I think but when it was satoshi I think it was a dream or real o.o and yeah satoshi did the thing with the shaved ice and the spoon to kiss Keiichi o.o

Actually if you think about it this whole little thing could tie into what happened to Keiichi in the first arc from season 1. At the end of the episode he was almost reading off of a written letter like when he wrote one in the first arc. Thats my view on it at least.
