———Overview———
Absolute Tartarus is an Absolutian from the Kingdom Absolute. A former warlord who sought to conquer the Land of Light, Tartarus started to redeem himself after hesitantly agreeing to form a coalition between the Absolutians and Ultras to defeat the revived Reiblood. That said, even after redeeming himself, Tartarus maintained a rivalry with Ultraman Zero, albeit it transitioned from being a heated rivalry to a friendlier one after this point.
After Team MLV and a handful of others narrowly survived the destruction of the Multiverse of Eyilunas at the end of Ultraman M/L/V the Movie: Battle for the Multiverse, Part 1, Tartarus sacrificed himself to the destroyed Multiverse Firmament in the Void between Multiversal Cycles. After Team MLV managed to reforge the Multiverse, this sacrifice ultimately allowed the Ultras and Absolutians to save the Multiverse of Eyilunas from the Cycle of Annihilation, as it conjured an army consistent of every iteration of every form of every Ultra and every Absolutian that has ever existed.
Though he is commonly referred to as the “most powerful Absolutian in the Multiverse” (多元宇宙で最も強力なアブソリューティアン Tagen Uchū de Mottomo Kyōryokuna Abusoryūtian), this title is inaccurate of his power level in comparison to certain other Absolutians, such as Absolute Scarab and Absolute Morrigan. Regardless, he is still one of the most powerful Absolutians.

In his early childhood years, Tartarus met the Absolutian Lord, who blessed Tartarus with the Narak gemstones embedded in his hands, empowering Tartarus.

When he was 8,610 years old, Tartarus was contacted by Absolute Titan, who desired Tartarus’ help in regaining the Kingdom Absolute, which had recently been conquered by Absolute Scarab.
-—Gathering the Kingdom Absolute Revolutionaries—-
After Absolute Diavolo, a friend of Tartarus, was deported from the Kingdom Absolute for protesting against Scarab’s rule, Tartarus was convinced to help Absolute Titan. Together, Tartarus, Diavolo and Titan founded a team with Tartarus as the leader. Overtime, they convinced several Absolutians to support their cause.
After the group gained a fourth Elite Absolutian, Absolute Orion, Tartarus commanded the group to use Narak to invade the Kingdom Absolute at Eldora Tower.

Near immediately after arriving in Eldora Tower, Tartarus’s team was under attack from Absolute Scarab’s forces. However, they fought a great battle and eventually succeeded in taking out many of Scarab’s forces by using the Absolutian Lord’s power through Eldora Tower. After reaching the Absolute Palace, Tartarus, Diavolo, Titan, and Orion fought Scarab to a standstill, with Tartarus eventually taking out Scarab via the Absolute Destruction beam attack. However, Absolute Orion was lost in the battle.

Narak: The pair of red crystals on the back of Tartarus’s hands.
Temporal-Dimensional Travel: Absolute Tartarus is able to travel through dimensions and time through a golden portal, containing a pocket dimension.
Absolute Destruction (アブソリュート・デストラクション Abusoryūto Desutorakushon): After drawing in energy from the surrounding area through his hands, Tartarus fires a powerful golden yellow beam, capable of knocking down several Ultras at once. It can also be fired in the form of multiple smaller energy blasts.
Absolute Maximum Destruction (アブソリュート・マキシマムデストラクション Abusoryūto Makishimamu Desutorakushon): A hypercharged version of the Absolute Destruction that Tartarus can only use by imbuing himself with extremely excessive amounts of Absolute Particles.
Barrier: Tartarus can create an energy barrier from the Narak.
Absolute Execution (アブソリュート・エクスキューション Abusoryūto Ekusukyūshon): Tartarus can fire bolts of electricity from his hands at close range to quickly eliminate a target of his choice.
Flight: Tartarus can fly through space.
Future Vision: Tartarus can allow others to see into their own future.
Power Endowment: Tartarus can share a portion of his power to his allies.
Absolute Restriction (アブソリュート・レストリクション Abusoryūto Resutorikushon): Tartarus binds a target using golden energy.
Prediction: Tartarus is capable of anticipating and countering the techniques of other warriors, allowing him to overwhelm Ultraman Zero even when the latter was using his Ultimate Shining form. However, he cannot anticipate the moves of warriors who fight purely on instinct.
