She was a first generation My Little Pony character, and was originally going to be the character that is now Pinkie Pie in Friendship is Magic (hence the same hair style and similar cutie mark). She's just another pony for my personal collection. :3
Her bait was a Diamond Rose, her eyes and cutie mark were painted in acrylics, and her hair is Dollyhair's "Electric Banana".

I pretty much just wrapped sections of her hair around drinking straws and poured hot water over them, let everything dry over night, took the straws out and boom! Curls!
