The siege of the Citadel and the Last stand of the Eucadian Legions.

-Pre-elf history (a really, really long fucking time ago):

After the Titans successfully defeated the demonic hordes that were threatening the realm, the Titans had banished the treacherous dragons that had switched sides during the war. They were banished to the hellic-realm that the demons came from, now a barren wasteland thanks to the Titan's counterattack (also causing the near destruction of every Titan due to the powerful magics used). For thousands of years the black dragons had been plotting their revenge against the realm of Mithira.

-Black War History (long after humans and elves were created as well as all the other species) 10 P.R (Pre War) - 0

When they finally re-established a connection between realms, they raised an army (of Dark elves, demonic races that were scattered, and the human cultists known as the Kurvads). They used/tricked the Takan riders to soften Eucadias armies and create panic in Eucadia, and to also clear a path for the Black legion to easily walk through. When the Takan armies were cut down too early (due to strong Orcish resistance, and a quick Eucadian countermeasure), the Black legion launched itself into overdrive and began its assault, storming towards the Elvish capital hidden in the Golden Wood, and the Eucadian's capital city simply known as the "Citadel" (build into old Titan ruins from long ago). The Black Legions nearly caused the extinction of elvish kind (except for the dark elves) and the enslavement of humanity, if it wasn't for the Northern Armies and the Eastern resistance which finally pushed the black legion back into oblivion.

And yes, the orcs are the good guys for once (they didn't participate in the Black legion and actually resisted it as long as they could)

-The Dark Years 0 - 200 P.O (Post War)

When the Black Legion finally fell, they took out most of the magic of the world with them, ultimately destroying Eucadia (as they didn't know how to survive without the aid of magic). It also brought down many other magic-adept civilizations. Everything went back into the dark ages for years, and the elves lost their immortality (however they still lived longer than humans, they just weren't immortal anymore). But even though it was the age of darkness for many, it was actually the golden ages for other non-magic adept countries, like Eastonia, and many Northern countries like Nordskvaria and Skandvar. These countries saw much growth and development over the years.
