Like I said, this is only to practice action poses, so I'm obviously not going to be very good with this at all. And, yes, that's katakana in the second page. I know my handwriting is a bit sloppy, so sorry about that too.

Looks good to me. Not that I'm a professional cartoonist or anything, but I do read comics and mangas, so...as a reader, it looks good. heh! In all honesty, I've seen more confusing action sequences in published mangas...like trigun for instance! How the animators ever figured out what the action in those sequences were suppose to be like is beyond me! lol. I usually view them as abstract pretties. lol.
Anyhow, back to yours...the blurr affect on the top of the second page is really nice...but I'm not sure it follows the style of the rest of the panels. You're using lines a lot to indicate action and I just wonder if it wouldn't be better to do that in the top right, too. *shrugs*

Honestly, I tried to put some action lines, but each line has its own layer (something I've been trying to fix), so, there'd be over sixty lines in that one panel and I'd have to blur each one individually, and that was just something I was unwilling to do.
