It's Inspector Gadget as a kid. The show was on at like 2 am on Disney Channel. I use to watch it- I didn't like it and always wanted to do my own version.

That's a cute picture. I used to watch that show on Toon Disney on week days after Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. Both shows were hilarious.

They use to play it on toon disney i think at like 1 or 2 in the morning. I would record it. They have a DVD out for the Gadget Boy movie.
