Told you I'd redo this. The design is the same but I've just made it look better.

This is what happens when I watch Power Rangers and Rwby back to back...

Basically, in case, unlike me, you haven't been obsessively watching Power Rangers on Netflix, the Psycho Rangers were the evil counterparts to the normal Rangers. They kicked ass. Though, making Psycho versions of the Rwby characters is actually not super easy. The outfits are already awesome, so I had to really lean on the pointed look of the Psycho suits.
