Description
Frank O'Donnell was a well-known celebrity and comedian was unfairly laid off from a production that would further cement his stardom by a jerky executive producer. He learns of an experimental device that would open a portal to the first and second dimensions. He disguises himself as a wacky, Elvis Presley-like supervillain simply called "The Actor" and steals the device and sends both that executive producer and Knight Force-1 into the first dimension. They all escaped and had him be turned over to the authorities.

I based him off of the Riddler, which Riddler? A mix between both the Frank Gorshin version, Jim Carrey and the DCAU version voiced by John Glover.
