2016 has been a shitty year for me so far. Not only did I have to move out of the house I've lived in for the past 20 years, but my Dad who I was very close with, passed away recently. That's not to say there hasn't been anything good, but all the bad has been overwhelming. Despite how bad things are though, I won't back down. Life has been kicking my ass lately but I'm still going to fight with everything I've got. I will never give up.

I started this drawing several months ago when this year started to take a nosedive for me. With all the problems I'm facing I feel like Showa Godzilla surrounded by his deadliest adversaries, so that's what I drew. One of my favorite things about Godzilla is his determination, the fact that he never backs down despite the number of enemies he faces or their power. No matter how hard life gets you should never give up.
