Ruby, from the animated series RWBY, which is on Youtube if you haven't seen it yet. She features a lot of thread detail, like on her corset and boots, even those bullets on her sash. Those ruffles you see on her sleeves, boots and neck (I don't think you can see it here, but she does have ruffles there) were also handmade, they almost drove me nuts XD Her hood is removable, but the cape is not, she has crosses holding them onto her dress. I painted the red streaks in her hair, and her face was painted as well. The rose fabric, I had originally bought it before and realized that it would be a good fit for her. I left out her stockings because there was too much black, it looked kind of odd.
