In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
I've been sharing these three things along with a speedpaint every Mon-Fri.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is, that by sharing these grateful speed paintings, you guys feel some of those good vibes too (Smile)

LOL! I was wondering if anyone showed up to the stream XD I accidentally streamed when I meant to record. I didn't notice until I got up to take a break and turn off the recording. I had no idea I was live XD Haha!
