In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
I've been sharing these three things along with a speedpaint every Mon-Fri.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is, that by sharing these grateful speed paintings, you guys feel some of those good vibes too

It just saw two pigeons fighting over a moldy french fry.
But then, out of no where, a rat jumped in and stole the half-rotten confection!
The two pigeons take chase! All three run off into the sunset.
