Description
The title refers to Flutterbat sucking the life out of apples, not The Apples. xP I put this with some mature content because I am suggesting creepy gashes and killing to a cute pony character like Fluttershy, 'kay? Apparently, it isn't enough to be totally considered "mature" art. It may change.Anywho... I totally love episodes where something happens to Fluttershy in a way that we don't normally see her. Hence, I make fanart of her. It took a while to find the right pose and such. Bat wings were easy but posing is hard.
And the little symbol on the side of her is an "F" and a "B" (both lowercase) put together.

Those wings look incredible! And so does everything else about this, of course, but I just really like the way you drew her wings.

Thank you! ^__^ I actually went to the Google and search for bat wing pictures. Then, I copied the skeletal anatomy (guessing on it) and fleshed it out a little more "torn up".
Do you think I should show it to Broekaki? I mean... make a link to this picture.

Hmm... how should I present this?

Well, can't you upload it directly as a mod?
If not, or if you don't really want to, maybe just draw a basic cover (kinda like what you'd do for a wip) and put the link in the description.

Yes I can, but it will look awkward among all the other pictures. And this thing is pretty large.
I could go for the basic cover and stuff.

Okay. I think a basic cover will suffice. :3

Nice job with the shading and the hair!

Thank you! Well... the hair comes naturally because I don't necessarily slant my pencil properly. xP

Thank you! It took some planning (two sketches on my notebook) before I could finalize the drawing. The apple drop shadow just came as a random idea, knowing that it would at least stick out somehow. xP
By all means, go ahead and feature it! ^__^ I try to be featured, but traditional art just doesn't get as much appeal as it should. xP

Trust me I know go check out my gallery I've got plenty of a traditional art stuff that never gets featured

Yep... that's me with my own traditional art. What gets featured from my gallery would be the journal skins, especially if MLP is in them.
Wallpaperists and good digital artists are what bronies are looking for, not pictures done with a pencil. There just has to be a way to get the pencil artist community more seen...

You could join our group. we specialise is traditional art and portrait style works dedicated to mlp. We do monthly drawing contests and give away 1 year premium memberships to the winners. Also you get a chance to be a moderator if you win. We would love to have you as a member.
Sells pitch aside, you really are the kind of artist we are looking for to help grow the group.

I just did. I like traditional groups so I can promote my traditional art and hopefully have this become just as big and the digital art groups.
Even though I'm a good pencil artist, I do specialize in CSS coding. ^__^
You really think so? That's a first. Usually I ask if I can help, not get invited to things.

we need all the help we can get! we try to be different than the other groups, we try very hard to let the members be a part of every decision we make and let them dictate what happens. you never know, one day you might be one of the moderators of the group!

lol Why not today? Then again... you have it closed (although I did laugh when it said something like "the moron in charge"). I'm just kidding around.
That's a good way to go about with group decisions. The problem with it is that there are few people who are willing to make the decisions and more people just saying "I'm good".

trust me , we are in no way "im good" we are very Β pick on decisions. dont get me wrong we are goof balls but still very serious about growing the group! i would love to just promote you but that wouldnt be fair to everyone else, the only two ways in is to either win the monthly contest by being original and really putting your time in on making your drawing stand out with shading, smooth lines and being original, cant stress that enough! or prove thine self worthy......this is done by asking others traditional artist to join the group and recommending favorites for us to look at to feature. helping us grow the group stands out and will get our attention too..

Ahh... I couldn't quite catch what you stated earlier. I misunderstand people pretty much all the time. English is my second language. xP But now I do understand. Well... getting dedicated drawers in the group is a good idea. ^__^

That's the one comment I wouldn't expect out of this picture. xP

Well... it contrasts the appearance of Fluttershy here. xP It's like calling gravel rocks "gold". But then again... there is now single definition of "cute".
