I havent posted any new Pokemon in too long. Feels good to put something out again XD.

A Magneton evolution I whipped up for Gaiasrebirth for his one day contests. Magneton was one of the Pokemon he wanted a new evolution for but I guess no entries were good enough. I was watching the progress of these contests and I saw that under the last winner section he had put that no entries were good enough. I offered to make one for him and this is what I ended up getting. I went through a lot of truly terrible ideas before reaching this.

I thought I should warn you that I am going to begin to ramble. In case you dont care what I think about Magneton and Magnezone then just skip right to the Pokemon information. Otherwise read ahead .

The truth is Magneton is a dead end Pokemon. I think the creators of Pokemon never intended on making an evolution for it. Its the same as Dodrio as in its a quantity evolution. They just added more. Which means you can go one of two ways with an evolution. One you can add more which everyone would be unhappy with. Two you can try to morph the morethanone into one or at least less than the original quantity and at the same time attempt to maintain that the individual Pokemon or heads etc didnt just disappear in exchange for something larger. Everyone was unhappy with this one too when Nintendo tried it. I dont agree with everyone who is angry at Nintendo for making Magnezone because the truth is that they did a good job considering how they constricted their own options when they made Magneton. I dont know what the purpose of this rant was. Looking back it was completely pointless but Im going to keep it up there so you can see things the way I do. So now lets move on...

The Space Magnet Pokemon
Magnet Pul l and Solar Charged: gives the same effect to Electric Type attacks as Fire Type attacks in sunny weather.

Dex: Larger populations of these Pokemon have begun to appear in recent years. Because of the much stronger electromagnetic forces acquired upon evolution they are able to hoover just above the atmosphere. In addition to this they have also gained their own polarity throwing every compass within a 5 mi radius off. Upon evolution they have also acquired telescopic vision and the power to receive and manipulate radio waves into a form of human speech. Through evolution the third Magnemite is replaced with magnetic space rock. It is said that this lone Magnemite goes back down to earth and waits for evolution in the hopes of one day becoming a Magneprobe.

Eh sorry about the long Dex . There was just so much I wanted to share about this guy. Im probably going to shave it down to a couple sentences when I get around to it in my Dex. This one evolves through learning a special attack that I am going to reveal when I get to it in the Rangoto Dex. Im super pumped XD.

Ehm based on a space station. Not much else to say. Im not too happy about black for the solar panels but I thought blue would confuse the polarity thing because I used red and blue for north and south on this Pokemon. I may change it to blue however when I get around to it in the new Dex. Please leave comments regarding this. I have noticed that the background has been kind of... gross. So I decided that when I am completely done that I am going to download the trial version of photoshop just to clean them up. Sneaky me XD.
