Short Background
Quill has lived quite a long life, although a large portion of it was spent in his species' home under the icy, dark waters of Antarctica. His kind was more solitary and family units did not often stay together-- although he was greatly impacted by the death of his older brother when he was still a child. It took Quill hundreds of years before he finally wandered out of his home in the water to explore the rest of the world.

Quill held great disdain for humans at first, and avoided them. For money, he took on odd jobs from other demons-- but slowly, and especially once war began to creep into the world, his jobs became more dangerous and violent in nature, until he began steady work doing espionage and asassination. He lived this way for quite some time, and he killed more than his fair share of humans during the war years. However, the longer the fighting went on, the more he began to tire of it; his hatred for humanity burned completely out over time.

Around this same time, he found and adopted an orphan demon child named Morodies. Deciding to leave his past behind him, he settled into a more modern occupation that utilized his past skills: private detective. Life went on simply this way for many years, until the day that Morodies left home... and some time later, he recieved the news that his son had been involved in a gruesome murder case. He's now in Seryy, determined to find a way to prove his son's innocence.
