Alot of people have asked me How to I make the Monster High Pages? Heres a Tutorial How? This is my first Tutorial Hope it helps you guys and you can understand it!
A few Things you should Know:
The Blank Base (Edited)--->[link] The Font used is called Monga [link] <---- Download Here! Make sure you have a reasonable knowlege of Paint and what tools do what and how it works, It will make the tutorial way easier. What if you're doing it on Paint and it doesn't have that option?

It should the older versions basically have the same keys. The important ones anyway.

It works in all Paint versions. All of them have transparent selection, just select the OC with the rectangle tool and select the option that makes the BG clear.

If its not working try using the paintbucket tool and right clicking to colour the back ground of your OC and then try :0

My picture isn't working. If I try to transparent it, the background will NOT disapear. Help?

Try painting the back the 2nd Colour and try again

Okay.... It worked! I just realized you have to use the free-select tool to copy and paste it to transparent it better. But if you need to white(background of the picture) gone it also disappears the white clothing on your character, like eyes or black and white socks. It made me laugh very, very hard. A character with a pair of dark green eyes with green. That sounds lovely.
