Alot of people have asked me How to I make the Monster High Pages? Heres a Tutorial How? This is my first Tutorial Hope it helps you guys and you can understand it!
A few Things you should Know:
The Blank Base (Edited)--->[link] The Font used is called Monga [link] <---- Download Here! Make sure you have a reasonable knowlege of Paint and what tools do what and how it works, It will make the tutorial way easier. MS Paint 2007 it should come free with your computer. If you only have 2003 Paint it should still work

PROBLEMO I don't have Paint Version 2010 I have 2007 T_T

It should still work I used 2007 at home for a while and at school and have done this a million times on 07 so it might be a little more differcult but all the buttons are still there.

It's true, but the font doesn't get small as it would on yours. I've tried to shrink it and I have also tried to copy and paste, but it still comes up large. Do you know how to fix that?

Try Editting your computers font size in the control panel. Maybe.

You basically use the same idea but its more complex. If you know how to lock layers and such its pretty easy.

Click the Magic Wand tool. (It should be on both) Then click the background and it should higlight it then press delete.
