What altering a single panel of a manga page could do.I was just re-reading Bleach volume 28 out of sheer boredom, then I noticed the panel of Nnoitra's swagtastic hand-slap on the wall.
And thus, the cicada Espada Block was born.

I'll just play the safe route and say Tite Kubo Aizen had a part as well.
