EDIT: Added Superior Mode! WereLukosmon Repention Mode! [It wasn't required yet but eh, if I don't get past this round, at least I got to show this to you.]
Hognamon's evoline with the Xros Loader.
Her Perfect/Super Evolved form is her natural Perfect/Ultimate form, WereLukosmon.
So WereLukosmon Repention Mode could be considered an alternative Mega? Maybe.
Rookie
Digimon: Hognamon.
Type: Virus.
Signature Move: Stagnant Arrows - shoots the hair on her fur collar at the foe as tiny, needle-like projectiles. They contain small dozes of nerve toxins, and have a low chance of paralyzing the foe on contact.
Normal Move 1: Knuckle Claw - attacks the foe physically with her huge claws, which are more effective in hitting others than they are sharp.
Normal Move 2: Triple Kick - supports her body with one of her legs and kicks the foe with the remaining three in a row.
Perfect [Super Evolution]
Digimon: WereLukosmon.
Type: Virus.
Signature Move: Bisclavret - generates an electric charge in her fist and punches the foe with full power, releasing an electric shockwave directly into the foe's body on contact.
Normal Move 1: Hoax Tarantism - bites the foe with strong fangs containing poison. Has a medium high chance of poisoning the foe, causing hallucinations. Can fade if the target is strong enough to fight it off, but causes a lot of mental strain to the body.
Normal Move 2: Wild Beast Fury - wildly attacks the foe with a combo of kicks, punches and scratches with all of its limbs.
Perfect [Superior Mode]
Digimon: WereLukosmon Repention Mode.
Type: Vaccine.
Signature Move: Silver Bullet - shoots shining white energy bullets from her twin pistols, the Witch Hunters. The bullets are made of pure energy, and the guns don't have to be reloaded. This attack seems to be especially powerful against Unholy digimon.
Normal Move A: Twelve Point Breakthrough - shoots the twelve large spikes from the forearms of her four extra arms at the foe as sharp projectiles. The spikes grow back upon firing, and don't run out.
Normal Move B: Bisclavret Ascends - similiar to WereLukosmon's "Bisclavret" attack, though instead of electricity, WereLukosmon RM charges her fist with holy aura, and delivers a blast of holy energy upon punch. More effective against Unholy digimon.

I'm too lazy because I also have to work on things like TDC, DXT and school.
I'd love to draw more dynamic things for sheets but if I'm only going to draw one picture I'd rather have it be clear and showing all the details.

Yeah, she is female. But I guess she doesn't look all that girly. The Perfect form has boobs though, but she's not like... Swinging them at your face because she's also wearing a jacket.
