Description My first fan-art piece: it's Yuki and Zero from VK! I like Zero so very much more than Kaname. XD I tried to keep the mood of the composition a bit lighter as far as VK goes (I think pink suits Yuki rather well, actually n_n ). Oi, this pic took a while; the lace was especially time-consuming. x]

Like, it's Vampire Knight, like no way! Like I used to like this series... and like Zero and Yuki are like so cute! But I don't like it any more and like yeah.... lol... like it's an adorable picture and like too cute to like not put into my like collection!

Yeah, I, like, got a bit disenchanted with it as well. The plot started to stink and I like totally hate Kaname. x[ And then, like, Zero started going all weirder and all, and I just stopped, like, reading it. Like, thanks anyway, though.

haha Yuuki turning into a vampire was an epic fail on the author's part. Are we supposed to think she's 'cool' now or something? LOL not really...not too fond of Kaname either.

I know, it's pathetic. She has virtually no personality now. >.< Exactly! I find him much too violent and controlling, "Blah blah blah, I murdered all these people so you could be safe, Yuki. I was not creative enough to try to solve my problems civilly. Aren't you proud of me?" XD Hehe, I just love ranting about him.

ROFL I love how you talk! XD It's so interesting! Nah, Kaname is an interesting character minus his relationship with Yuuki. I hate explicit, touchy-touchy, all-over-you-with-words-but-I-don't-seem-sincere-with-my-actions romance and that's just what Yume is. I like Kaname as the mastermind and stuff but he's too pushy and doesn't let Yuuki decide things for herself without manipulating her. I love how Zero would push her away if he thought someone else was better for her - that seems more selfless to me. Plus I like their (previous) dynamic. Vamp Yuuki is a mere waffle with no brain or sense fo self-respect; my friends on Mangafox forums and I don't even talk about her anymore because she's so not worth wasting brain over. *eyeroll* lol

LOL, likewise. XD Always nice to find other highly opinionated people. Yes, I suppose he has an interesting enough character, but I'd almost be more inclined to list him with the bad guys. I know he's a vamp and all, but some of those other vampires are a lot less explosive. Hah, where's the trust in that relationship, hmm? I don't read a real "love" between K and Y. Yup, even though Zero's a bit homicidal, he's got more of a heart than Kaname (not to mention a deeper, more realistic friendship with Yuki already), and like you said, wants what's best for Yuki before himself. LOL, Yuki who? x]

Actually, my friends and I were fangirling evil!Kaname. We were hoping he'd go "screw you Yuuki I was only using you to obtain world domination!!" I actually love villains - most of them seem to be evil on the outside but redeemable on the inside, so I find much more to analyze! But my problem with Kaname as a character is, he's nice on the outside, so I doubt him on the inside. You're told "he's a hero" but I don't appreciate being told how to view characters. If they set him up as a villain, I'd appreciate his role better (though I don't hate him). Also, he's wayy too perfect. Too many fangirls all over him in the story, and I hate that Yume as next to no development. It starts out as a crush, now with nowhere to go. I mean, their relationship has been static for the past 6 months (chapter 49)! I value that deep friendship between Zero and Yuuki - love isn't necessary for understanding but understanding is necessary for love. Yuuki and Kaname "love" each other, but I don't see much as understanding as manipulation involved. I like my pairings equal. Actually, I like the woman dominating a little. X3 *look at sig* I usually like pairings where they would "fall to the deepest depths with each other" but I need to see WHY. They say love doesn't need a reason, huh? Then writing doesn't need development!? WTF.

so close...yet so far... it's one of the many sayings that I really like to use xD i love the drawing, it's amazing, the flowers, the hair, the dress, and ofcourse this wonderful couple, is wonderful...it feels so official and as though you were actually the author of the manga! though, Zero does seem rather tall and perhaps a bit stiff...maybe that's just me? lol beautiful job, please keep it up!*-*^-^

Yeah; isn't it interesting to take a common saying and try to picture some sort of deeper meaning? Thank you very much! Yes, I was trying to make him obviously taller than Yuki, but I think the effect was probably overdone (I don't mind the stiffness quite as much, as he seems a somewhat tense personality to me). n_n; Thanks also for the fav and watch!

Thanks! Admitedly, I've had a bit of practice dinking around with sketching out various characters, but this is my first full-scale fan art. Yay for Yuki and Zero!
