this is slightly modified from my old version....the navel was waaaay too low. So a simple drag and drop fixed that right up.
Expect more Rikku in the future, since she's the girl I end up drawing when I have no ideas (her and Kid from Chrono Cross too)

This is a really good drawing. I've tried drawing FFX-2 Girls, and I'm good at Yuna, but Rikku is always hard for me, and this really looks like her, good job.

This is Rikku in and out. From the hair to that innocent Rikku smile you captured just right.
Actually you deserve props for that hair which is known to be crazy and just improbable in reality.
The shading is superbly done as well.
Makes me want to get my own work up here faster.

learning to draw people didn't come that easy to me, but now I realize I they're the only thing I want to draw

Think you could give some tips or pointers? Do you draw from looking at something? Or is it from your head?

I mostly draw from reference. Meaning, if I want to draw a particular hand, I'll look at my own or look at other artworks or photos to get the right idea. I've looked over many turorials and How To books in the past years and have tried to put it all together as best I can. for advice, I'd say don't be afraid to really study other people's art and don't be afraid to ask specific questions. I think that you'll find a lot of friendly types who will be glad to provide answers

XD If I could use some of your drawings a models, only problem is mine will turn out like yours XD meaning they will be in the same position and shading lol.

that depends on how much of my drawing you use as reference. If you're only taking the hands, it's not as noticable. But if you start taking things from the face like the eyes, nose or mouth (those parts are very characteristic and unique to different artists) and it's much more noticable that it came from someone else~ So that's why I like to pick and choose from different reference sources. Facial structure here, legs there
