Though I first knew him as Omnimon (Lit. "All" in Latin), I prefer his JP name, Omegamon (Lit. "End" in Greek).

Yeah, the name Omegamon just sounds way cooler. Doesn't help the fact it counters Alphamon in reference to the Alpha and the Omega within the Revelation.
