This is a poem I wrote after being shot down several times by an ex of mine. This, along with most of my poems were written either during my relationships, or thinking about them afterwards.Related content

Very nice! I like the poem and the flame. Man, that line "Someday we'll try, but now's not quite right" holds so true for me right now (but mine's not an ex - he's a friend, grrrr)!

Thanks for the compliment! Yeah being ditched does suck, but that poem was written a long time ago and had nothing to do with the only girl I ever loved, who I'm currently not with either due to differences. That poem, well parts of it, were written about a whore that became a whore after I left her(due to her lies) But leaving her was the best decision of my life!
