of course i remember you. you'll have to excuse the fact that i don't comment as much as i should. i just graduated and started working full time... and moved out... and got the horse... lol. i rarely get more than a few minutes on the computer a day

Can't believe I've waited sooo long to comment on this photo...it's been in my inbox for ages, and I've loved it since the day it first appeared!
The horses, tree, and fence backlit and in silhouette, the blue haze in the background, the fiery depth in the leaves...the way the cool blue haze is sandwiched between the warm leaves and the warm ground...there is so much more to say but I can't possibly list it all, and I'm sure some of it is only relevant to me so I'll cut myself short here

well I've just added you as a fave...and If I could I'd just take em all... I love your photos, I miss working with horses so much. LOL I was seriously injured working on a Thoroughbred race training/breeding farm, a green mare off the track was not liking the teasing stud, big gallut that he was. She reared up in the stall while I was haltering her and she tore my wrist and tissues to smithereens... For a year I couldn't work with horses, one day while I was in Seattle I was down near the ferry terminal where they park all the horse drawn buggies, after cuddling and getting my fix of horse I decided then and there to work with horses again. Now I don't though that was years ago..I help out a gf once in a blue moon on her farm. Thank you so much for sharing your memories.♥

aw... i'm glad this brought back good memories, and i'm so sorry you got hurt, and that you don't work with the horses any more. i took a year off riding once after a bad spill off an ottb gelding. he fell at a gallop, i came off, broke my collarbone, and then he stepped on my face trying to get his feet back under himself, and shattered my jaw. it was the longest year of my life, and that was just off riding... i can't imagine not working with them any more!

Gorgeous. The fall colors are completely stunning and the picture just looks so fresh. Like morning. Like I could suck in air right now and breathe in the same air the horses are. I love how they almost look like silhouettes in this. It's really fantastic. And I love how you can see just a little breath from their muzzles. Another pretty shot, Kitty. Honest, this one really is pretty.
